Appealing to a lifestyle that is both free-spirited and sophisticated, the brand identity for Solis Suwanee Town Center carries soft vintage undertones, while also delivering something that is decidedly modern and authentic. Vivid jewel tones and touches of rose gold are used with playful typography and mid-century-inspired illustrations to create a visual language full of character and charm.

With an already established logo and family of existing Solis residences, our job was to give Solis Suwanee a visual identity and voice of its own.

Solis Suwanee’s brand identity represents the individual that appreciates art and distinct style. The individual that values creativity, but always maintains a refined and upscale taste. The person open to adventure, but nostalgic of the past. The speak-easy lifestyle that is free-spirited, yet sophisticated. An overall visual language that is eclectic, intentional, and unforgettable.

Vintage-inspired patterns and shapes take a contemporary approach and offer a flexible and memorable brand element.

Extending into the physical environment of the popup marketing center, brand shapes become integrated with custom shelving and signage, typography comes forward as stand-alone elements, rose-gold is carried through frames, and the space is accented with eclectic decor.
